Last Thurday I stayed in with my Fiance called Minx and we had Coquille Saint Jacques. We like to call it Cock St Jaxx in as rough a cockney voice as we can muster to reflect the delicte french essence of the dish. It's a tasty seafood recipe of scalopes and prawns served in a shell with melted cheese on top. Then carrying on with the fine cuisine we had burgers and salad for the main washed down with loads of wine. Then crashed out in front of the TV to watch some BBC comedy and drink more wine. Culture.
